３月25日（土）、28日までダスキン主催の研修でちゅうぶに来られていた、バングラデシュ出身のラシュナ・カメイさんと天王寺のキューズモール内にある回転ずしに食事に行きました。メンバーは企画を考えた福永と森園氏、カメイさんの3人（＋ヘルパーさん2名）でした。それから近鉄電車であべの橋まで移動し、キューズモールに向かいました。
電車内で森園さんを僕の親友だとカメイさんに紹介した所、「オー！グッドフレンズ！」と言って通じたのはうれしかったです。
その他フォロー・ミーなどカタコトの英語でしゃべっていると、カメイさんから「あなたの英語は面白いけれどよく分からない！」と言われたので、無理せずに日本語で会話しようと思いました。
電車の中でのほかに話したのは、「カメイさんは、よく電車とかに乗りますか」と聞くと、「何度も乗りましたよ。東京にも行ったことがあるので、慣れていますよ」と。
「森園さんの名前は長くて覚えきれないので、ヒロシでいこう」とか、いろいろお話しができました。
僕が疲れた様子でいると、カメイさんが「どうして福永さんは、悲しくて疲れた様子なんですか？私も研修が長いので、寂しくて国に帰りたくなる時もありますよ。でも日本に来て障害者の人たちがみんな元気でいるように見えて、それはすごく幸せで良いことだと思いますよ。」とか話がはずみました。

キューズモールにつき、回転ずしにいったところ、いろいろ予定が終わった後なので、少しお疲れな様子でしたが、到着すると回転ずしは初めての体験だったみたいで、テンションがあがって元気になられていました。良かったです。
店は大変混んでいて2時間ほど待ちの状態。カメイさんは、食事をするために並んだことがないようで、不思議そうでした。並んでいる途中に、カメイさんは大好物のマクドナルドのハンバーガーとポテトを食べたいといい出したり、109に買い物に行ったりして、時間を過ごしました。
ようやく入店したところ、回転ずしの食べたお皿を重ねるシステムが意味がわからないようで、驚いていましたが、僕は上手く説明することができないまま、寿司を食べはじめました。カメイさんはおいなりさん、サーモン、エビ、しらす、アジ、とかを食べていました。特に炙りサーモンが気に入ったみたいで何個も食べていました。がいちばん美味しそうだったのがなんとサブメニューの鶏の唐揚げと天ぷらでした。テンションが上っていて良かったです。
面白かったのはカメイさんがいったん取ったお寿司のお皿を、お腹いっぱいといって、レーンに戻そうとしたことです。それはダメですよと、注意したところ、分かってくれました。カメイさんは文化の違いを分かってくれたようでよかったです。（そのお寿司は森園さんのヘルパーが食べました）
カメイさんはヘルパーさんからお箸の使い方のレクチャーを受けてすぐに使っていましたが、僕が手を使って食べてもいいですよと説明したので、結局で手で直接、食べました。

この時にカメイさんに、バングラデシュの障害者の人たちのお話しをうかがったのですが、
まず障害者が生まれた時点で、凄い差別を受けるので夫婦は分かれ、夫は遠くに行くことが多いとのこと。その子どもは家の中に隔離され見えない部屋で閉じ込められるそうです。
「バングラディシュでは街ではまず障害者を目にすることがない。
だから日本では障害者のひとがどんどん街に出て、誇り高く自立した意識をもち堂々と活躍していることは、とても素晴らしく、幸せで良いことですね」と、感動されていました。
僕も今の普段の生活はこんなものだと思っていましたが、国とか人とかが変われば見方が変わり、凄いことをやっているのかなと、改めて思いました。

I had a dinner with Rashna Camey who was from Bangladesh on March 25 (Saturday), 28th until the end of the training organized by Duskin

Members wer Fukunaga and Morizono, Kamey (+ two helper) was. Then I went to Q`s Mall by moving to the Abenobashi by Kintetsu train.
When I introduced Mr. Morizono to Ms.Camey on the train, I was happy that I could communicate by saying “Oh! Good Friends!”
When I was talking in English “follow me”, Kamey says “Because your English is interesting but I do not quite understand!” I thought about speaking in Japanese as much as possbile
As another conversation on the train, when asked, “Does Ms. Kamey ride a train or a ride often?” He said, “I took it many times, I am used to Tokyo because I have been to Tokyo as well.”
“Because Mr. Morizono’s name is too long to remember, let’s be in Hiroshi”, I could talk a lot. ,
When I look tired, Kamey says, “Why is Mr. Fukunaga feel sad and tired? Because I am also long in training, there are times when I feel lonely and want to return to the country, but when I come to Japan, People seem to be doing well and I think that it is a very happy and good thing. ”

With Q`s mall, when I went to the Conveyor belt sushi it was after a lot of schedule was over so it seemed a bit tired, but when I arrived it seemed like it was my first experience, the tension goes up and it is fine It was made into. It was good.
The shop was very crowded and waited for about 2 hours, Kamei seemed to be strangely unlikely to be lined up to eat. While I was lined up, I wanted to eat Kamay ’s favorite McDonald’ s hamburgers and potatoes, I spent some time going shopping at 109.
Finally enter the store. It seems that the system that stacks dish which did not rotate seems to be meaningless, and I was surprised, but I ate sushi without being able to explain well
Kamey had eaten oinari, salmon, shrimp, boiled young sardine, horse mackerel, and so on. Especially it seems that I like fried salmon and I ate several pieces. It was the most delicious chicken fried chicken and tempura in the sub menu. It was good that the tension was up.
I told that Kamey tried to return to the lane by saying that he was full of his sushi dish once it was taken, so I was careful. It seemed like I understood the difference in culture.
At first I remembered how to use chopsticks, I used it awkwardly, but I did not have it in the fork or the store after all, so I ate it directly by hand.

At this time I was asked to Ms. Kamey about the people with disabilities in Bangladesh,
First of all, since the disabled people were born, the couple divided because they received a tremendous discrimination, and the husband often goes far away. That child seems to be trapped in a room that is isolated in the house and invisible.
In society, we do not see disabled people first.
So in Japan, people with disabilities steadily got into the city, being proudly active with a self-conscious consciousness, it was extremely wonderful, happy and a good thing, it was being touched.
I thought that my usual life is like this, but I thought again that if the country and people change, the view changes and I am doing amazing things.
